OSSEO - The Eleva-Strum boys basketball team is no stranger to the WIAA Division 4 sectionals - this year marks its fifth consecutive trip to the round of eight. Friday night the Cardinals made it four straight semifinal wins as they rolled over New Lisbon, 73-38, at Osseo-Fairchild High School.
